Weddings on a Beach has been in business for over 30 years under the direction of current owner and master floral designer Joy Segno and her husband Ralph. The original staff consisted of two designers and has grown to a present staff of seven.
All of our designers have at least ten years of design experience and will work with you to create exceptional designs for your wedding. We also employ on call designers personally trained by Ms. Segno and full-time marketing, wedding and event coordinators. Our staff includes a business manager and buyer, along with full-time drivers and on-site staff to serve you when you walk through our door.

Joy SegnoOwner and Director of Design Received her education with the New York Botanical Gardens. Among numerous awards, she has earned the prestigious “Best of the Emerald Coast” recognition from local residents and business owners for the past several years. |
Cheryl FowlerBridal Designer Has 25 years of floral design experience along the Gulf Coast, with some of the most exclusive designers in the Southeast. She received her education in Florida, and she specializes in bridal bouquets ,commercial designs which include lighting, tent and event props and overall wedding and event design. |

Natalie DarrA native of Hawaii, Natalie has 30 years of international experience, specializing in Polynesian and tropical design. Her signature “body flowers”, featuring floral ankle and wrist bracelets, hair pieces, Haku Leis, and Mei Leis, have distinguished her along the Emerald Coast and around the world. |

Raphael SegnoRetail Store Manager and Event Coordinator Raphael brings over a decade of experience to our behind the scenes event coordination. Raphael also has an extensive background in culinary arts, specializing in pastry designs, and offers an artistic detail to event design. |
